So I've not used DA in years. I'll be attempting to get this place a bit more up to date in terms of me and what sort of art I do over the next few months. I mostly do photography and needlework - Things that I can either get done fairly fast or pick up and put down. Drawing is difficult these days, as it turns out I have a nerve condition affecting my grip strength in both hands. It tanked a few years ago and I couldn't hold a pen, but has been recovering lately and I can draw again in short bursts. So maybe I'll upload pictures again one day. I still write occasionally as well, at the moment mostly world building for an online SCP rolepla

And it is incredibly annoying when you try to walk and it is all "ow sweet mother of JESUS THIS HURTS". I dunno what is causing it, but there we go. Update-wise. I have some pictures that will be updated as soon as my scanner is brought over from Kent, and when I'm back in my own house (I'm staying with my fella at the moment) then I will type up that thing that I was writing that will probably go in scraps. Would there be any interest in a few palaeontological essays? Cos I'm going to be doing plenty of them over the next year.

I should probably be asleep, but instead I found myself sitting up and writing. What I was writing is something that I think I should put up. If only under scraps. It won't entertain. It won't leave people feeling happy and fuzzy. But it is something that is personal to me, that I have kept bottled up for about four and a half years. I need to let it out eventually. I'm not sure how to go about it. I don't want to just tell it outright, 100% truthfully, because well, I'm a fiction writer. I doll things up. But maybe honesty is the best policy? I dunno.
